Substainable packaging(reusable,recyclable,bio-degradable)
As a leading professional packaging manufacturer, we are proud to be invited to attend London Chocolate Forum, the world's biggest international chocolate industry conference and networking held on 10th.Sep 2019.
What different from before was that this year's forum not only focused on the packaging innovations in designs and functions, but also tapped the topic of the materials sustainability. While we were mocking the UK politicians’ incompetence in introducing effective policy to protect the environment, we explored all the possible substitutes to the plastics.
Before we go further with the topic of sustainable packaging, it is important first to identify what is meant by sustainable packaging.

Sustainability can mean different things to different people. To many, the common forms of sustainability are recyclable, compostable or biodegradable packaging.
Wal Mart – one of the biggest users of packaging worldwide – is credited with proposing the 7 R’s of sustainable packaging (first showcasing them at Pack Expo 2006).These are Remove, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Renew, Revenue, and Read.However, the three which have been widely adopted and should be adopted when introducing new materialsinto the markets are Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
As for our washable paper bag,its sustainability means reusable and bio-degradable.
Reusable:
More and more big brands replace their regular paper packaging with washable paper because it's tougher itself and much stronger when sewn on. The washable paper bag can be reused for multiple times through years which can carry on its advertising task longer.
Bio-degradable:
Came from 100% natural plant fiber,washable paper is bio-degradable.The example in the picture above is a notebook case we made for our Swedish client. To take place of plastic and leather,the washable paper meets ECO demands while remain leather-like elegance.
